Become a youth activist in the No Hate Speech Movement – An event for young people aged 16-25Have you seen or experienced hate speech online – sexism, homophobia, racism, islamobhopia, disablism, gypsyism etc? Do you want to fight online discrimination? Would you like to become an online activist in the fight against hate speech? Are you keen to: Learn how to blog to make a difference? Run a community campaign through community action or through art? Use creative technologies to promote human rights? Discover how to apply drama as a force for change? When: Saturday June 21st and Wednesday June 25th Where: Saturday: Pearse Street Library, Dublin. Wednesday: Macro offices on Bolton Street, Dublin Application process: The event is free. Contributions toward travel costs will be available. Places are limited and will be allocated based on a brief application process.
