Activities Tutor Course Gets Underway

On Saturday morning 16 HSE Community Games Volunteers began the first steps in the process to becoming HSE Community Games Activity Tutors. The course is based over three weekends in A.I.T., taking place over the next two months with a further two external one day sessions to be scheduled in early January/February 2010. The course is organised by Coaching Ireland.

Upon graduation, the 16 Volunteers will be able to use their new accreditation to run Foundation Leader Courses within their own Counties/Provinces and will be able to help increase the standards of coaching across our volunteer network nationally.
